CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds of conference registration fees will be given at the following percentages if cancellation requests are sent to concierge@taikocommunityalliance.org by the dates indicated:
- 75% refund if request is received by March 31, 2019 at 11:59pm PST.
- 50% refund if request is received by April 30, 2019 at 11:59pm PST.
- No refunds will be given after April 30, 2019.
All additional items, including Housing Packages, T-Shirts, and Taiko Jam Tickets are final sale and do not qualify for the above refund policy. T-Shirts that are a part of cancelled registrations can be mailed to you after August 11, 2019.

NATC 2019 is a gathering for all types of taiko enthusiasts! So, there are a number of different options available. Please read carefully and select the package that best fits your interests. Contact concierge@taikocommunityalliance.org with any questions.

WHAT DO YOU GET?
All Packages include access to Plenary Sessions, Welcome Activities (Opening Reception and the Taiko Ten reception), and the Taiko Marketplace. Registration Fees do not include housing/dining or Taiko Jam concert tickets. These items may be purchased during registration or later via our "Add-On" form.
Packages
- 4 Standard (performing/experiential) Workshops over the course of 5 sessions.
- 1 free session to attend any of the Discussions offered at that time. (Note: Your free session will be determined based on your workshop placement.)
You will receive a form for selecting your workshop preferences on April 1, 2019. You will have until June 30th to submit your preferences. Placement in workshops will be done in 3 prioritized batches based on registration date:
TIER 1 (Members Only: March 1 - 7)
TIER 2 (Early-Bird: March 8 - 31)
TIER 3 (Regular: April 1 - June 30)
Anyone who registers after June 30th will receive their workshop assignments upon arrival.
A focused and in-depth learning experience with the same instructor conducted over 4 sessions.
- 1 free session to attend any of the Discussions offered at that time.
Please Note: Mini-Intensives are not subject to the workshop selection process; these courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once filled, registration for that Mini-Intensive will become unavailable, but a waiting list will be maintained.
- Freedom to float between and observe multiple workshops during all sessions.
- Observers may not participate (play) in workshops, but are welcome to watch and take notes.

Video recording is NOT permitted in any workshop without consent of the instructor.
Please Note: Access to workshops will be determined on a space-available basis. Access to the Mini-Intensives is restricted to enrolled Mini-Intensive participants.
(Ages 8 to 17 on 8/9/19)
- Same session allotments as a Standard Participant.
- One compulsory adult Chaperone Registration.
Youth attendees must be between the ages of 8 and 17 years old on August 9, 2019, and must be accompanied throughout the conference by an adult (age 21 and over) chaperone. A $50 Chaperone registration fee will be added to each Youth registration to cover participation expenses and will include a NATC conference package, admission to Plenary Sessions, the Taiko Ten reception, and the Taiko Marketplace.
Admission to actual workshop rooms is subject to available capacity after all paid participants and conference staff/volunteers have been accommodated. The Chaperone’s name must be indicated at the time of registration. A single chaperone is allowed to take responsibility for multiple youth participants.
Please Note: On-campus housing is unavailable to Youth attendees (age 17 and under).
